4. No Tax, Legal, or Financial Advisory Services

RW Prescott provides only bookkeeping and administrative financial support. Clients are responsible for consulting their own CPA, tax professional, attorney, or licensed financial advisor for advice related to taxes, compliance, legal matters, or financial strategy.

5. Client Responsibilities

submit requested records, documents, and account access in a timely manner
maintain active subscriptions to required third-party platforms or software, if applicable

notify RW Prescott of any discrepancies, changes, or concerns as soon as possible

RW Prescott is not responsible for errors, delays, or incomplete work resulting from inaccurate, missing, delayed, or withheld information provided by the client.

6. Scope of Work

All services are limited to the agreed-upon scope. Any work requested outside the original scope may require a revised proposal, additional fees, or a separate agreement.

RW Prescott reserves the right to decline any request that falls outside the scope of services offered.

7. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking, invoicing, or purchase.

By purchasing a service or digital product, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Failure to make payment may result in delayed or suspended services or termination of the client relationship.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

retainers, setup fees, and digital product purchases are non-refundable
monthly service fees are due according to the invoicing schedule provided
late payments may result in paused access to services or deliverables

RW Prescott reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect already executed agreements unless otherwise stated.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the time, planning, and customized nature of services, all service payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Digital products, downloadable resources, templates, and guides are also non-refundable due to the immediate access and delivery of digital content.

10. Confidentiality

RW Prescott understands the importance of confidentiality when handling financial and business records. Any non-public information shared by a client will be treated as confidential and used only to provide agreed-upon services, unless disclosure is required by law.

If requested, RW Prescott is willing to review and sign a reasonable mutual or client-provided non-disclosure agreement before work begins.

RW Prescott may work within third-party software and tools selected by the client or required for service delivery, including bookkeeping, payment, communication, file-sharing, or scheduling platforms.

RW Prescott is not responsible for the functionality, security, availability, pricing, terms, or performance of third-party platforms. The client remains responsible for reviewing and complying with those third-party terms.

12. Intellectual Property
