8. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking, invoicing, or purchase.

By purchasing a service or digital product, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Failure to make payment may result in delayed or suspended services or termination of the client relationship.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• retainers, setup fees, and digital product purchases are non-refundable

• monthly service fees are due according to the invoicing schedule provided

• late payments may result in paused access to services or deliverables

RW Prescott reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect already executed agreements unless otherwise stated.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the time, planning, and customized nature of services, all service payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Digital products, downloadable resources, templates, and guides are also non-refundable due to the immediate access and delivery of digital content.

10. Scheduling and Communication

RW Prescott will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the estimated timelines communicated to the client. However, timelines may shift due to workload, scope changes, delayed client responses, third-party platform issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Clients are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully. RW Prescott reserves the right to pause or terminate services if communication becomes abusive, inappropriate, or consistently unresponsive.

If requested, RW Prescott is willing to review and sign a reasonable mutual or client-provided non-disclosure agreement before work begins.
